Description:

The Greenbriar Inn was built in 1908 and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Located in downtown Coeur d'Alene, just four blocks from the lake, it is an ideal location for weddings, receptions, retreats, seminars and holiday gatherings. It has been totally restored and decorated with an eye to elegant simplicity and comfort with a mix of antique and replica furnishings. We offer 2000 square feet of space on the main floor, including a living room, dining room, parlor and sunroom for indoor events. A 150-foot wrap-around deck surrounds the sunroom and looks out over the garden and gazebo, where many have married during the summer months. Brick patios in the front of the house and a shady porch are ideal for fair weather use. Both the decks and patio provide umbrella tables for outdoor dining. The Greenbriar Inn is handicap accessible and offers two public bathrooms as well as two changing rooms with private baths for our clients and their guests. Facility rental charges will vary based on the size of the group, nature of the event and the duration of time requested. Please call us for details on this.

The dining room can seat up to 100 people, and for casual receptions we can accommodate even more on the main floor. We have hosted parties of up to 250 people with the combination of indoors and outdoors. There is a place inside as well as outside for a DJ if you so desire. Also, we have a sound system that plays throughout the house and outside the house, if you have CD's or tapes that you would like to play. We also have a piano that is available for you to use. We have a full liquor/wine/beer bar on the main floor if you wish to provide alcoholic beverages to your guests, or if you prefer, we can run a cash bar (No-host) if that is your preference. Please remember that our facility is only available for evening Weddings on Sundays, or Mondays, because the restaurant is scheduled for Tuesdays through Saturday nights! However, we can host smaller parties during restaurant hours, or daytime hours for Weddings, as well.

Our restaurant at the Greenbriar Inn is called 315 Martinis & Tapas!

We serve our guests Tuesday through Saturday, opening at 3:15 in the afternoon for light appetizers, drinks, and full dinner menu items.

On Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night we feature live music at the restaurant.

In the summer months our guests enjoy sitting outside on the deck and listening to our musicians in the gazebo.

We have a lot of different specials, each night of the week and an active "Club 315" membership that enjoys special events and discounts.
