With Debbie and Victoria of the Idaho Wine Merchants as our Hostesses for this unique wine dinner!

First Course:
Enrico Brut, a sparkling wine from Italy paired with:
Herb and port wine compound chevre stuffed figs, baked with flakey puff pastry and served over fresh rocket (arugula) and sugared strawberries.

Second Course:
Perrin Cote de Rhone from France paired with:
A roasted yellow beet salad of shelled edamame, cous cous, and shaved radish tossed with a Swiss chard chiffonade. Served in a butter lettuce leaf and dressed with honey-lemongrass vinaigrette.

Third Course:
Two Mountain Merlot from Washington paired with:
Prosciutto and chestnut stuffed petite pork chops with mushroom demi-glace and sauteed portabella.

Fourth Course:
09 Avalon Cabernet from California's Napa Valley paired with:
Roasted duck breast, topped with a huckleberry-cherry coulis with pine nuts, served over an
